Hake fillets with olives
Instructions
In a pan melt the butter with parsley and arrange fish fillets.
Make them taste sweet focus, add salt, pepper and sprinkle with wine, evaporate, then add the olives and private sliced.
Continue cooking for a few minutes, combining some tablespoon of broth and water if the sauce is too restricted.

- 600 g of hake fillets
- 50 g of butter
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 100 g of green olives
- Salt
- Pepper
