Fillets of perch with mint
Instructions
You thaw fish fillets at room temperature for about 3 hours, then divide them, then toss them in the flour them well on both sides and spolverizzateli with a little salt and pepper freshly ground if possible.
Place the fillets without superimposing them in a large pan and decorate with wine diluted with a little water and sprinkle all over with the garlic as finely as possible.
Place all over medium heat and cook the fillets of perch turning occasionally for about 10 minutes to cook perfectly without sticking.
When cooked add the tuft of finely chopped Mint.
Served on a plate, the fillets well covered with their cooking.

- 500 g of frozen perch fillets
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Flour
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
