Mackerel fillets with mushrooms
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and slice them up.
In a Pan fry the garlic with a little oil, add the mushrooms and sauté them lively focus until they are dried, add the diced tomatoes, salt and pepper, Cook for five minutes.
Simmer the vinegar with half parsley for about ten minutes.
Meanwhile, rinse the mackerel fillets, sprinkle with flour and FRY in plenty of oil.
Let absorb excess grease, place them in the dish, pour over the boiling vinegar, leave to infuse for 5 minutes, drain any excess liquid, served surrounded with the hot mushrooms sauce.
Variation: instead of rice you can serve with toast grilled polenta or mashed potatoes.

- 800 g of mackerel fillets
- 500 g of mushrooms
- 300 g of cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of wine vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
- Flour
- Chopped parsley
- Chili
- Olive oil
- Frying oil
- Salt
