Almond sole fillets
Instructions
Lightly floured fillets of sole.
Beat the eggs in a Holster, add salt and pepper.
Chop the almonds not too finely.
Go fish fillets in beaten egg and then in little salty almonds as if it were a Breading.
Let melt the butter in a pan and lay the fillets.
Cook a few minutes on each side turning them gently.
Arrange on a serving dish, garnish with parsley.
