Cut the fillets into slices.
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, add a handful of chopped parsley and the juice of half a lemon.
Cook the fish with butter and oil.
After a few minutes add the clams and the beaten eggs, stirring quickly and soft focus.
Cook a few minutes, serve with slices of bread toasted or fried with butter or margarine.
