Fillets in sauce
Instructions
Remove the nerves to beat them, fillets, flour, dip them in beaten egg and bread crumbs and Brown in hot butter.
Add salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, add 6 drops of worcester, the hot broth and Parmesan.
