Instructions
Take fillets salt and pepper, and flour lightly, let them FRY from both sides for two minutes, place the fillets on a plate, throw your cooking, in the same pan melt a knob of butter, add the mustard mix well so the cream and roasted sauce do reduce the sauce by adding the threads.
Serve on a crostone of bread toasted with butter in a pan, cover with the sauce and serve.
