Filet mignon baked in foil
Instructions
Let roast on all sides the tenderloin on the grill.
Put it on a paper towel until it has drained the blood.
Place on aluminum foil, add salt, add the green pepper, fresh thyme, 1 tablespoon of fresh cream, crushed garlic and sliced Zucchini.
Close the bag and pass well in the oven at 180 degrees for 1/2 hour.
Open it only on serving dish.

- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 courgette
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of creme fraiche
- Fresh thyme
- Green pepper
