Finger roll with omelette
Instructions
In a small frying pan you heat a tablespoon of oil; pour in the beaten egg with salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons Parmesan and tomato.
Cook the omelette first one side and then the other.
Wash and sgrondate the lettuce leaves.
Remove the frittata from the Pan and place it on a sheet of kitchen paper towel then place on lettuce and wrap it in.
Then cut the bread in half lengthwise.
On the lower half place 2 tomato slices; Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and then sprinkle oregano over the tortilla and roll still 2 tomato slices; Sprinkle with salt and oregano.
Cover with the second half of the finger roll.

- 1 finger roll of bread
- 1 egg
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 2 leaves of lettuce salad
- 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
- 1 tomato
- Oregano
- Olive oil
- Salt
