Anchovies in vinegar
Instructions
Put them in a pan with a piece of onion, one tablespoon of vinegar every 250 g, salt, a sprig of parsley, a clove of garlic.
Cook over low heat, covered with water for about 10 minutes.
Open them and throw away the bones.
Open book serve seasoned with olive oil, pepper, parsley and chopped garlic.

- 250 g of anchovies
