Fennel with ham (2)
Instructions
Clean the fennel and throw them into a pot with boiling salted water with 1 teaspoon of flour and lemon juice.
Cook for 15 minutes after resumption of the boil.
Drain and cut them into wedges.
Dissolve 30 g butter in a pan and Brown the fennel.
Remove the baking dish and arrange on each clove 1/2 fennel slice of ham, sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley, cover with butter flakes and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

- 8 slices parma ham
- Chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g of butter
- 1 teaspoon of flour
