Instructions

Clean the fennel and divide them into wedges.

Place in saucepan with the garlic and then you will have to remove.

Wet with wine, 1/2 glass of water and oil with salt and bake in covered container for about 20 minutes on low heat.

Serve hot, sprinkled with oregano and parsley.
