Instructions
Clean the fennel and cut into slices.
Wash and dry them well.
Let them add in butter with chopped onion.
Spray them with 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar 1.
Season with salt, pepper, wet with the broth and cook for about 35 minutes.
