Instructions

Wash the oranges and cut them into four-fifths of height, removing the top cover, which will keep aside.

Svuotatele completely from the pulp (which you can use for smoothies), cover with a bit of liquor and keep them in the refrigerator for at least two hours.

Prepare the filling and place it in the freezer to freeze.

Meanwhile, cut the pieces of candied fruit.

When the ice cream is ready, remove it from the freezer.

Remove also the oranges, ice cream and fill these put a thin layer of candied fruit, then cover with more ice and close the cap removed.

You can prepare this dessert in advance and keep it in the freezer until serving.
