Fennel and roasted carrots
Instructions
Clean and cut vegetables (fennel slices about half a centimetre, carrots sticks).
Arrange in a baking dish, add a little oil and cook for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for a few minutes.
As desired, au gratin with little bread crumbs.

- 600 g of fennel
- 300 g of carrots
- Olive oil
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 100 g of cheese
- Little of bread crumbs (optional)
