Pan-fried fennel
Instructions
Remove outer leaves of fennel and boil them in salted water.
Remove from heat when they are still hard, drain them and cut them into wedges.
Sauté in a pan a few tablespoons of olive oil and a clove of crushed garlic and then add the condendoli fennel with salt and pepper.
Let them cook until they become Golden.

- Some of large fennel
- A few tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
