Instructions

Blanch for 5 minutes in boiling water the fennel, cut into wedges.

In a pan sauté the sliced onion with butter and chopped parsley, place over fennel, combine chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, a little broth and cook covered for about 40 minutes.

Serve the fennel well hot.
