Firman haddle
Instructions
Put the onion in a large pot.
Cut the fish into strips 2 inches long and place on top of the onions.
Mix the milk, pepper and mustard and bring slowly to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook for another 5 minutes.
Distributed fish onto serving dish and keep warm.
Stir over low heat simmer the broth for 5 minutes.
Add the flour and butter, then pour the mixture into the pan with the onion.
Stir until the mixture bubbles and becomes thick.
Pour over fish and serve.

- 500 g of smoked cod
- 1 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of mustard powder
- 20 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
