Almond flan
Instructions
Bring to a boil the milk, let cool.
In a saucepan melt butter, remove from heat and Add flour and then the milk, stirring with the whisk.
Add the almonds and 100 g sugar; then stir the mixture the egg whites with a pinch of salt and passed in a buttered Cake mould.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
With sugar, egg yolks and cream make a cream and pour it in the center of the flan pudding on a serving dish.
