Mushroom flan
Instructions
Slice the mushrooms, chop the onion, mushrooms and parsley.
Cook in the broth by adjusting these ingredients with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the bread with milk and arrange in a baking dish.
Beat the eggs with the parmesan and the remaining milk and salt.
Spread the mushrooms over the bread, pour the eggs and bake in hot oven for 30 minutes.

- 600 g of cultivated mushrooms
- 20 g of soaked dried mushrooms
- 1/2 onion
- Parsley
- 2 glasses of milk
- 6 slices of bread
- 3 eggs
- 1 ladle of broth
- 30 g of parmigiano
