Onion focaccia
Instructions
Place the flour and add yeast dissolved in warm water and a pinch of salt.
Worked vigorously with water until you get a soft dough.
Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, slice the onions and fry them in oil until they become blondes.
Now divide the dough into two parts and roll out with a rolling pin until it is thin.
Arrange in a baking dish the first disc, add the onions and cover with the second disc.
Bake the cake in the oven already warm until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
