Instructions

Pour the flour into a bowl and add the oil and a little salt.

After you have mixed the flour and oil, add a little water until the mixture is firm.

Let the dough rest under a towel for 20 minutes, then cut it into two parts.

Level it in two sheets, one of which put it in a suitably oiled iron pan, then spread stracchino, sliced tomato and sliced Arugula.

Cover all with the second disk of dough, which must be very thin, and then spezzatelo at some point, and add a little oil.

Passed in the oven at high temperature for 5 minutes and then serve hot.
