Instructions
Place the flour, in the Middle put the potatoes, salt and yeast.
Knead with warm water until you get a soft dough.
Form a loaf and let rise for about 30 minutes.
Put the pasta dough in a baking pan well oiled and squeezing it evenly over bottom of pan.
Sprinkle with tomato, oregano and the rest of oil and leave to rise again for 10 minutes.
Bake at moderate temperature to 13-20 minutes.
This recipe can be proven with a hot or cold dressing.

- 1000 g of flour
- 4 potatoes passed
- 30 g of brewer's yeast
- 30 g of salt
- Lukewarm water
- 6 peeled tomatoes
- Oregano
- 100 g of olive oil
