Rice balls with cheese
Instructions
Boil the rice in 100 cl of broth, a little salty.
When it is cooked, the rice stock will be completely absorbed; stir the cheese, butter and 1 egg then let cool.
Proceed then as previous recipe for putting in arancino, obviously a piece of mozzarella cheese that can be more or less to taste.

- 500 g of rice
- 200 g of mozzarella
- 50 g of cheese
- 30 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- Light meat broth
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
