Instructions

Pour into a pot 5 litres of serum (which you got after doing the white cheese), add half a glass of warm water and salt, pour 75 cl of goat milk and let cool.

Just the lumps will form on the surface collect them with the skimmer and place in small machine stamped.

Let drain and wait for 18-24 hours before you taste it.
