Lamb and artichoke stew
Instructions
Cut meat into small cubes, clean the artichokes and onion.
Cut the onion into julienne strips and browned with oil and garlic.
Saute lamb and add to onion.
2 cut artichokes into wedges and combine them with meat and simmer, adding water or broth.
Cut the other artichoke thinly and FRY.
When cooked, place the lamb and artichokes in a bowl, topped with fried artichokes.

- 500 g of lamb
- 3 artichokes
- 1 lemon
- 100 g of olives
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Seed oil
