Instructions
Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
Beat the eggs, add the Parmesan, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Combine mozzarella and mix.
Melt the butter in a pan and when hot pour the mixture.
To thicken, stirring with a wooden spoon sweet focus.
Turn the omelette with a plate.
Serve hot on a plate already hot.
