Instructions

Cut the onions into rings, place them in a pan and cook with oil and butter; wet salted, with a tablespoon of water and bring to a cooking time (about 20 minutes), they must be soft and not take color.

Add a knob of butter, pour in beaten eggs and salted.

Cook the omelet on both sides.
