Omelette with onions and potatoes
Instructions
In two separate pots boil onions and potatoes.
Spellatele and cut them into slices.
In a pan heat butter and oil, let us add potatoes and onions.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs, add salt, diluitele with half a glass of milk.
Pour into the Pan, make sure that spread nicely on the surface of the potatoes and onions, penetrating all around the edge.
When the mixture has congealed, turn the omelette with a plate, let it slip back into the Pan and cook for three minutes.
Serve.
