Omelette with potatoes
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
Wash the parsley and tritatelo, therefore, prepare the batter for the fritters.
Mix in a bowl the flour, eggs, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Melt in a pan from 10 g portion of margarine, go for a quarter of the potatoes and sauté them well.
Then pour over potatoes, a quarter of the egg batter.
Let thicken for 5 minutes, then turn the omelette, beware not to break it, and let it Brown on the other side too, for 3 minutes.
Put it in the heat.
Fate in the same way the other three omelettes with the rest of the margarine, potatoes and batter.
Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
