Omelette with sausage
Instructions
Peel the sausage and cut it into pieces; Finely chop the onion and Brown in 20 g of butter.
Apart beat the eggs, add salt sparingly, then add the cheese and the sausage with the onion.
Mix well and pour the mixture into a pan that has been melted butter.
Bake the omelet by all and 2 sides and serve immediately very hot.

- 6 eggs
- 150 g of fresh sausage

- 1 cipollina
- 50 g of grated pecorino cheese
- Pepper
