Acacia flowers frittata
Instructions
1 chopped stalk of celery, 1 carotina, 1 onion, a few leaves of mint, lemon balm and basil.
FRY a little oil and butter and add chopped vegetables and dry gently spraying it with a few drops of vinegar.
Beat 6 eggs with salt, pepper, 1 handful of grated cheese; Add 3 tablespoons of acacia flowers, deprived of green part and the chopped herbs.
Heat oil and butter in a large pan, pour the mixture into the frittata, rigiratela and serve hot decorated with some acacia flower.

- Few drops of wine vinegar
