Apple omelette
Instructions
Soak the raisins.
Peel and thinly slice apples.
Sift the flour, add a pinch of salt, eggs and cold milk.
Stir until you have a smooth batter.
Grease with butter a pan, place over medium heat, pour half of the batter and when it starts to cook add raisins squeezed and apples.
They soften then cover with the other batter.
Let it thicken, turn it like an omelette and lead to firing.
Serve warm sprinkled with sugar.
