Nettle frittata
Instructions
Beat the eggs with the flour, milk, salt and pepper, add the crumbled sausage and incorporated the nettles stirring well.
Heat the butter in a frying pan chopped onion rosolandovi, pour the mixture, leaving gild, turn and cook on the other side.
Serve with fresh salad.
