Sabrina omelette
Instructions
Peel the potatoes, rinse carefully and dry them with a paper towel and cut into small cubes.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan and when it is hot, add the potatoes.
Cook until they are golden, flavour with salt and turn it occasionally using a wooden spoon, avoiding spappolarle.
Next, pour the beaten eggs which have combined the pepper and a pinch of salt, and add the Rosemary, which you have previously rinsed under the tap.
Continue cooking until the chicken is firm, then, being careful not to burn yourself, turn the omelette using a dish and let it cook and Brown the other side.
When cooked, arrange on a plate and serve immediately hot and crispy.
