Herring salad
Instructions
Prepare a vinaigrette emulsifying a pinch of salt, fresh ground pepper, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, oil, 5 a teaspoon of mustard.
Pour over herring fillets, cut into small pieces and let it marinate a couple of hours.
Then add the arugula.
Stir and serve.

- 4 fillets of smoked herring
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 300 g of arugula salad
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of fresh ground pepper
