Tasty Frittata (Frittata Saporita)
Instructions
Desalt the anchovies and chopping parsley, put them in a pan with oil and garlic and saute.
Add the tomato pulp, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Beat eggs with salt, add the prepared sauce and mix.
Put the pan on fire and pour in the mixture.
Bake the omelet on both sides.

- 6 eggs
- 2 salted anchovies
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200 g of tomato pulp
- Parsley
