Instructions

Beat the eggs, salted lightly.

In a small frying pan melt a bit of butter at a time and two or three thin pancakes.

Roll them up separately and cut into strips.

Let them cool down.

Heat the soup, put the strips.

After two minutes, remove the Pan from the fire.

Split the eggrolls in soup into four holsters and serve with grated cheese.
