Instructions

Soften the raisins for 20 minutes in warm water, dry it and blend it with the rum.

Beat eggs, add sugar, salt, flour and grape drained.

Add the melted butter, milk and baking powder.

Pour the mixture in spoonfuls into the hot oil and fry the pancakes.

Once cold, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
