Banana pancakes
Instructions
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, nutmeg, butter and a pinch of salt.
Combine eggs, banana, pulp chopped dates and rum.
Pour the mixture on an oiled marble and let sit for 1 hour.
Obtain your disks and fry them in hot oil.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.

- 500 g of flour
- 20 g of yeast
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 120 g of sugar
- Nutmeg
- 40 g of cold melted butter
- Salt
- 2 eggs
- 150 g of crushed banana pulp
- 6 dates
- 5 cl of rum
- Olive oil
- Icing sugar
