Instructions

Prepare the batter: in a large mixing bowl place the flour in the Middle sgusciatevi the egg and pour half of Champagne.

Stir with whisk until mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

Dilute with the remaining Champagne set so that the consistency is that of a light cream.

Cover the bowl and let stand in a cool place for an hour.

Attach the two egg whites until foamy soda and blend well with delicacy to the batter.

Let it sit still.

Meanwhile prepare the sauce: crush the raspberries, add three tablespoons of icing sugar and two tablespoons of kirsch.

Pass through a sieve and keep in a cool place.

Peel the pineapple, cut into round slices with a thickness of about an inch, removed the central part which is fibrous.

Peel apples, remove the core and cut into slices an inch.

Peel bananas and cut into diagonal slices about two inches.

In a large skillet heat plenty of oil and friggetevi a few pieces of fruit at a time after they are dipped in batter.

Retire it with perforated scoop when they have become Golden and crunchy.

Dry on paper towels and keep warm.

When serving, place the pancakes on serving platter and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Terrano-raspberry sauce.
