Pork Arista at asprone
Instructions
In a pan place orange slices, slices of pork and top slices of bacon cut into medium-fine.
Put in the oven.
While cooking add grapefruit juice, Orange and lemon to desiccate the arista.
When cooked spread on a plate and garnish with orange slices, lemon or grapefruit.

- 300 g of arista of pork
- 200 g of bacon
- 2 oranges
- 2 lemons
- 1 grapefruit
- Olive oil extra virgin
