Instructions
Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in a little warm milk.
Then blend together eggs, sugar, flour, lemon, rum and the rest of the milk, always warm.
The dough will the density of a cream and should be left to rest for about a quarter of an hour in the heat.
Shake it well for a long time, then add the Apple pieces and salt.
Let stand for half an hour because yeast yet.
FRY in plenty of oil or lard, pouring the dough in spoonfuls.

- 30 g of brewer's yeast
- 25 cl of milk
- 2 eggs
- 80 g of sugar
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 1 dram of rum
- 500 g of flour
