Instructions
Peel the apples and cut into round slices and remove the core.
Melting them in brandy with sugar.
Prepare 1 batter with flour, melted butter and wine.
Combine the egg yolk, the clear mounted to snow and soaking liquid, pureeing until you get 1 thick batter.
Soak apples slices in batter and fry them when the oil begins to smoke.
Serve hot sprinkled with powdered sugar.

- 125 g of flour
- 500 g of apples
- 175 g of sugar
- 20 g of butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 dram of brandy
- Vanilla icing sugar
- Frying oil
