Instructions
Cook the potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces for 20 minutes in salted water.
Bring to a boil the milk with 60 cl water and butter and throw 75 g flour stirring constantly until the mixture then will come off from the walls of the pot.
Cool then incorporate the eggs, potatoes that were passed to the vegetable mill, salt and pepper.
Mix the mixture then form balls crushing, flour them and fry them in plenty of boiling oil.
Season with salt and serve well-heated.
