Peach fritters
Instructions
Wash peaches, peel them, stone them and let them macerate for an hour with the marsala wine and rum.
Drain, dip in breadcrumbs, beaten egg, still in the breadcrumbs and FRY in hot oil.
Sprinkle with sugar and serve.

- 1000 g of peaches
- 1 dram of marsala wine
- 1 dram of rum
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Sugar
