Polenta fritters
Instructions
Rinse raisins and put it to soften in tepid water.
Pass the polenta from the mounted disk Mashers fine leaving it to fall into a bowl.
Add beaten egg, the flour sifted with baking powder, sugar, rum and raisins, drained and dried.
Mix well until dough is uniform will be rather dense.
Heat peanut oil in a pan and when it is hot, pour the mixture in spoonfuls (the right size is a heaping teaspoon) and drain as soon as blondes.
Place on a double sheet of kitchen paper and, when you are a little warm up, rotolatele in granulated sugar.
To serve dome accomodatele on a plate covered with paper lace.

- 1000 G = = Cold Corn Polenta
- == 1 whole egg
- 3 tablespoons of white flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 100 g of sultanas
- For the pancakes:
- Abundant of peanut oil
- Granulated sugar
