Instructions

Bring to the boil the milk with half the sugar, butter and raisins.

Bake rice until completely absorbed the liquid.

Let cool then add beaten eggs, liqueur and, little by little so as not to form lumps of flour.

Fry the fritters in plenty of oil seeds, dry them on absorbent paper and, still hot, put them in the sugar.
