Instructions
Boil the milk and water with half the sugar, butter and orange zest, bake the rice for 20 minutes, until the liquid is completely absorbed.
Let cool then add beaten eggs, liqueur and, little by little so as not to form lumps of flour.
Fry the fritters (take the mixture using 2 tablespoons) in abundant boiling oil until they are well browned.
Put a drain on absorbent paper and, when they are still hot, put them in the sugar.
