Elderflower fritters
Instructions
In a bowl Beat egg yolks, flour, dilute with a tablespoon of milk; Add a knob of butter, wine and a tablespoon of honey.
Mix to the egg whites.
Wash the elderflower and, keeping them to the stem, dip them in the batter.
FRY in hot oil and serve.

- 125 g of flour
- 3 tablespoons of white wine
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of honey

- Cinnamon
